Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 28, 2026
At MKTGuild (hereinafter, the “Platform” or “We”), the confidentiality and protection of our users’ data is an absolute priority. This Privacy Policy transparently describes how we collect, use, store, and protect the personal information you provide to us when registering and using our digital marketing design services.
By interacting with our Platform, you agree to the practices described in this document.
1. Principle of Minimization and Collected Data
In strict compliance with international privacy standards, we operate under the principle of data minimization. This means we only request the information strictly necessary to create your account and provide the Service to you.
During the registration process, we only collect:
- Full name or user alias: In order to personalize your interface and experience within the application.
- Email address: Used as a unique access credential (login) and as a channel to send you technical, operational, or system security notifications.
2. Storage of User Content and Files
For the proper execution of the Service, the Platform allows the uploading and storage of digital assets (hereinafter, the “Files”), such as images, logos, typographic fonts, and multimedia documents necessary to structure your marketing pieces.
- Exclusive purpose: These Files are stored on our servers for the sole purpose of providing technical editing functionalities and generating the public URLs required for your designs to correctly render in external tools (such as CRMs or email managers).
- Content Privacy: MKTGuild does not inspect, sell, share, or use the content of your Files for commercial, advertising, or training purposes unrelated to the direct execution of your account.
3. Use of Technical and Essential Cookies (Consent Exemption)
Our Platform does not use native advertising cookies, behavioral tracking tools, or third-party analytics scripts that collect User browsing profiles.
We only use session technical cookies with strict security attributes (such as httpOnly). These cookies are indispensable technological tools that serve exclusively to keep your session securely active while you navigate through the different screens of the application. Being considered strictly necessary cookies for the operation of the infrastructure, they are exempt from the obligation to obtain prior consent (via cookie banners) according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and related regulations.
4. Service Providers, Infrastructure, and Subprocessors
To ensure MKTGuild is a robust, fast, and secure platform, we transfer certain indispensable technical data to top-tier technological infrastructure providers (Subprocessors). These providers process information under strict confidentiality and digital security agreements:
- Perimeter security and network optimization (CDN): We use global cloud security providers (such as Cloudflare) acting as an intermediate proxy. These services automatically process technical metadata (including the User’s IP address) exclusively to mitigate cyber attacks (such as DDoS attacks), prevent malicious access, and accelerate web loading times.
- Billing and Payment Processing Providers (Future): The moment Premium subscription plans are enabled, the User’s financial and billing information will be collected and managed directly, encrypted, and isolated by authorized international payment gateways or fiscal intermediaries (Merchant of Record). MKTGuild will never store or have access to credit card numbers or banking credentials.
5. User Rights (Access, Rectification, and Deletion)
You are the sole owner of your personal data. At any time, regardless of your geographic location, you can exercise your rights to:
- Access and Rectify: Request the correction of your name or email if they contain errors.
- Deletion (Right to be Forgotten): Request the permanent termination of your account. Upon processing this request, MKTGuild will permanently delete your name, email, and all Files and images associated with your projects from our active databases within a commercially reasonable time, except for information we must retain for strict legal or fiscal obligations.
To exercise any of these rights, simply send a formal request from the registered email to the contact mailbox detailed at the end of this policy.
6. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to adapt it to new technical, commercial, or regulatory realities. Any changes will be published immediately in this section with their respective update date. We recommend you review this document periodically.
